Philanthropy Changes and Updates!

Hey there friends! I have been doing quite a bit of thinking about the philanthropy part of With Love. I have had some feedback from several people which has had my brain spinning for a few days now. Because I am just a little baby with this business and trying to get it up and running it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for me to be donating what little amount of money I am making. So I have come up with a new temporary (or permanent if it all goes beautifully) plan.

I will choose two times during the year where a portion of purchases will go towards an organization. More than likely these times will be during the busier months of the year so we can donate a check larger than $6.32. I'm for sure thinking Christmas and I want to say that we might have just missed the second time of year that would have been good, Mothers Day-Graduation/End of School. But that's alright we have time to figure it out!

In addition to our "giving" months I have decided to be available to partner with organizations or individuals to donate a percentage of the proceeds to your particular group's philanthropy. For example, a church group is wanting to raise money to send to a battered women's shelter and wants to work with me to give 25% of all purchases back to this group to donate. The group would advertise that I will be doing such thing and boom we help people in need. Ideally, I would like for the groups or organizations go towards rehab centers and facilities or groups but I'm willing to donate to whomever and wherever needs it. We ALL need love!

So feed back would be appreciated, questions, comments, concerns etc. I'm in the process of looking into getting involved in some craft shows as well, if you know of any then let me know!
